About this skill

Problem to solve

When a brainstorm dump contains many ideas, tasks, plans, and material, acting on it immediately can drop items, repeat context, or abstract too early. This skill first captures the raw input, then organizes it into a scannable, actionable structure.

How it works

  • General mode: organizes output into four sections: Projects & Ideas, Tasks, Connections, and How I can help. Project-specific questions stay attached to the relevant project; isolated decisions and open questions are listed as Decision and Open question to avoid duplication.
  • Workspace retrieval: performs 2–4 targeted searches around the brainstorm's keywords, checking workspace files, past conversations, uploaded documents, or connected systems when available, and states where it searched. It does not invent missing connections.
  • Material mode: for characters, events, scenes, quotes, and interview notes, it produces a material library with Character cards, Event cards, Visual detail list, and Key facts list, preserving original wording and tagging each item with a source and unified ID.
  • Next-step offers: proposes concrete actions that can be done in the current session, specifying what will be produced and where; routes to another skill when that is more suitable.

Boundaries and caveats

It focuses on organizing first and does not create files, modify documents, or run research without approval. In material mode, a md archive can be saved by default. Thin material is called out with gaps and the next useful step. Ambiguity is marked and asked about instead of guessed.

Use Cases

  • Turn post-meeting notes into project and task lists without duplication or missing items.
  • Organize interviews into character, event, detail, and fact cards with source tags.
  • Search existing docs and conversations to connect new ideas with prior workspace material.
  • Check whether creative material is thick enough before writing, and list missing interviews.

Best For

  • Knowledge manager consolidating team discussions into project documents
  • Screenwriter or producer organizing interviews and location notes into sourced material cards
  • Project manager turning post-meeting notes into tasks, decisions, and open questions
  • Content planner connecting scattered ideas with existing workspace material
