About this skill

Problem

Family conflicts often do not settle immediately. After shouting, door slams, or aggressive gestures, people may keep escalating or shut down. Fixed cameras with microphones in living rooms, kitchens, or dining rooms can capture these public spaces, but ordinary footage only supports later review. It does not judge whether a conflict has ended and whether a neutral calming cue is appropriate.

How It Works

The skill analyzes camera A/V input as an event-level signal:
- Audio checks include decibel peaks, duration above 75 dB, shouting voice patterns, door slam impact with low-frequency resonance, dropped objects, crying, and silence duration.
- Video checks include large arm swings, pacing, leaving the frame, minimum distance between people, and back-turned duration.

It emits levels such as none, mild_dispute, conflict, intense_conflict, and critical_redline. It does not play music or voice prompts during an active conflict. Instead, it waits for a calm window, such as a default 10 minute quiet period, no new conflict, physical distance returning, and at least one person back in frame, before suggesting soft music, gentle voice cues, or caring app messages. Suspected physical violence, minors in the room, dangerous objects, or injury signs route to safety resources, with prompts for 12338, 110, or 400-161-9995. Historical event lists are read from the cloud interface and rendered as a Markdown table.

Boundaries

Use it in public activity areas such as living rooms, kitchens, or dining rooms, not bedrooms, bathrooms, or a child’s private room. Input must include an audio track, such as mp4/avi/mov up to 10MB. The soothing messages should stay neutral, avoid marriage or personality scoring, and not be forwarded to third parties outside the primary household user.

Use Cases

  • During smart speaker integration testing, use a kitchen camera mp4 input to verify that music or caring prompts trigger only after a 10-minute calm window.
  • When querying household care logs, call the historical event list API to retrieve recent aftercare records and render them as a Markdown table.
  • During home-security rule review, check whether suspected physical violence, minors present, or dangerous objects immediately route to 12338 and 110.
  • During conflict copy testing, verify that soothing messages remain neutral and that the same event triggers at most twice per day.

Best For

  • Home-security algorithm engineers who need to connect camera A/V conflict detection into event streams and alert dashboards.
  • Smart speaker product engineers who need to design post-conflict soft music and caring-message trigger policies.
  • Household data compliance engineers who need to restrict raw audio storage, third-party forwarding, and sensitive-scene detection.
  • Care-log query engineers who need to call cloud APIs to export family conflict aftercare event lists.
