About this skill

The Problem

Writing a technical research report—literature review, industry landscape analysis—typically hits several friction points: keyword combinations are ad-hoc, domestic and foreign source coverage is uneven, citation formatting (GB/T 7714-2015) is inconsistent, and assembling professional tables plus a .docx deliverable by hand is tedious and error-prone.

How It Works

The skill breaks the workflow into discrete, repeatable stages:

  • Scope lock-in: pin down the research topic, industry boundary, time window (default: last 5 years), and any local reference files the user provides
  • Multi-axis search: build keyword sets along “core term + development status / domestic progress / application cases” (CN) and “technology + research advances / industry application” (EN), then pull results via web_search
  • Seven-module report: emit a fixed structure—Introduction → Technical Fundamentals → Domestic & Foreign Status (with 2 comparison tables) → Problem Analysis → Trend Outlook → Conclusions & Recommendations → References (≥ 40 entries, ≥ 70 % English)
  • Formatted delivery: render the full .docx with professional tables, superscript citations [n], and a GB/T 7714-2015 reference list using python-docx

Boundaries

  • Images are not auto-downloaded; figures appear as placeholders tagged with a reference number or “Reference File-X”
  • The hard quota of 40+ references (70 %+ English) may be tight for niche fields
  • All data and claims are sourced from retrieved literature or user files; the skill does not fabricate content beyond those inputs

Use Cases

  • Draft a five-year domestic and foreign technology status report by searching CN and EN literature and exporting a Word document with references.
  • Before project approval, map the domestic technology gap using core metrics, technology routes, and application cases in comparison tables.
  • Merge local industry files with web sources into a cited literature review using GB/T 7714-2015 references.
  • Prepare review-ready research material with introduction, status, issues, trends, recommendations, and at least three professional tables.

Best For

  • Researchers who need to consolidate CN database results and EN papers into a formal literature review.
  • Analysts who need to deliver industry status, domestic gaps, and trend assessments for project approval.
  • Engineers who need GB/T 7714-compliant references and a Word deliverable.
  • Tech leads who need to merge local industry files with public sources into cited, table-ready research material.
