About this skill

Use case

Government reports are often dense, layered, and tightly formatted. Pasting them into slides can produce scattered priorities, inconsistent terminology, and uneven visual structure. This skill focuses on the reporting workflow: it turns work summaries, duty reports, policy documents, and research reports into editable .pptx decks, and can also produce red-header .docx documents aligned to GB/T 9704-style layout conventions.

How it works

  • Input parsing: supports .docx, PDF, TXT, and pasted text; multiple files are merged and source-tagged, while scanned PDFs require copyable text or OCR.
  • Context recognition: identifies document type, administrative level, and key elements such as main practices, results, issues, and next steps.
  • Structure refinement: extracts 3 to 7 core points, quantified metrics, timelines, and citations, then maps them to cover, agenda, section, content, chart, and summary pages.
  • Templates and palettes: selects scenario templates for work summaries, leader speeches, party-building reports, policy briefings, and research reports, then injects government-style color schemes.
  • File generation: uses pptx-generator for PPTX, minimax-docx for DOCX, and optionally infographic-maker for a one-page data infographic.
  • Quality checks: normalizes sensitive terms, political terminology, numeric/date formats, and titles, while using text placeholders instead of real political symbols.

Boundaries

This skill is best for producing report materials from existing written sources, not for formal approval workflows. If pptx-generator, minimax-docx, or infographic-maker is missing, the related outputs may be unavailable. It also requires cleaner input for image-heavy layouts, handwritten notes, or unstructured oral notes.

Use Cases

  • Distill a year-end work summary Word file into a 10-15 page PPT with government-style palettes.
  • Rebuild a leader speech into cover, agenda, content, chart, and summary pages as an editable .pptx.
  • Draft a GB/T 9704-style red-header notice Word file from policy text for manual review before submission.
  • Turn research report metrics such as completion rate and budget execution rate into chart pages and an infographic.

Best For

  • General affairs staff preparing year-end reports who need multiple summaries condensed into a compliant PPT.
  • Speechwriters who need to restructure leader speeches into chapters, key points, and quote pages.
  • Document workflow staff who need GB/T 9704-style red-header Word drafts.
  • Policy research team members who need research data refined into chart pages and infographics.
