Problem

This skill turns source checking, filtering, drafting, and delivery into a fixed workflow.
How It Works and Limits
- Collection and matching: It runs on a daily schedule or manual trigger, gathers the latest notices from the configured government sources, and filters them by preset keywords.
- Output and delivery: It writes a local
output/YYYY-MM-DD/report.mdfile, can archive the report to Tencent Cloud COS when configured, and pushes an Enterprise WeChat Markdown card usingWEBHOOK_URL. - Boundaries: It is intended for fixed government sources and keyword filtering, not arbitrary web search. It requires an Enterprise WeChat webhook, may be affected by page structure changes or access failures, and COS is optional for cloud archiving rather than required for report generation.
