About this skill
Problem
In civil enforcement, debt recovery, and pre-bankruptcy diligence, asset leads are scattered across corporate investment, judicial encumbrance, and IP records. Manual compilation can miss equity pledges, equity freezes, land mortgages, or the priority of seizure.
How it works
The skill uses Shuidi Credit MCP to run 12 parallel tool calls from shuidi_data, shuidi_risk, and shuidi_sti, covering:
- Basic info: get_company_info
- Investments: get_company_investment
- Encumbrances: land mortgage, chattel mortgage, equity pledge, equity freeze, IP pledge, judicial auction
- IP: trademarks, patents, software copyrights
It aggregates core asset leads, orders them by disposability, then renders HTML and converts it to PDF via WeasyPrint. The report includes an asset overview, investment details, IP details, encumbrance checks, and assessment. Empty results are marked No records rather than omitted.
Boundaries
The skill does not directly retrieve bank balances or receivables; those items are marked requires external lookup. Listed-company status is inferred from the company-type field. If shuidi_sti is missing, the IP module degrades, while core investment and encumbrance modules still require shuidi_data and shuidi_risk.
