Life Ledger

Problem

Life Ledger addresses the problem of personal data scattered across Excel files without a consistent review framework. Users may upload custom life-tracking sheets such as 定义生活·阳· or 定义生活·阴·, or existing ledger files containing 月基本指标 and 已清洗数据. The skill identifies the file type, converts raw records into a standard workbook, and builds a shareable visual review report instead of leaving analysis at spreadsheet formulas.

How It Works

It first uses openpyxl to inspect worksheet names and route automatically: defined-life sheets trigger ledger generation, while ledger sheets trigger deep review. The conversion step runs a script with an embedded template and produces a file such as {YYYY}{MM}人生台账.xlsx, then checks for formula errors. The review step creates {YYYYMM}人生台账_深度复盘_v3.html, containing interactive charts such as surplus accumulation, core metrics, score contribution, 24h distribution, behavior heatmap, activity ranking, activity scatter, radar profile, and threshold resilience, and attempts to deploy a shareable link.

Boundaries

The skill relies on explicit worksheet naming rules. If the workbook lacks the expected defined-life or ledger sheets, it stops with a format mismatch. The shared link contains personal data, so distribution should be cautious; if deployment is unavailable, the fallback is presenting the HTML file rather than returning a local file:/// path.
