About this skill

Problem

When the same copy is distributed across WeChat, Video Account, Douyin, Kuaishou, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, and Zhihu, each platform expects a different tone, structure, and tagging habit. Rewriting by hand can miss platform rules, and pushing generic copy to multiple channels can feel off-brand and create avoidable maintenance work.

How It Works

The skill gives an agent a Python-standard-library workflow for content adaptation:
- Platform detection: parses aliases such as douyin, xhs, zhihu, or uses all to enable all seven platforms.
- Rule-driven rewriting: reads assets/platform-rules.md, then follows each platform's Profile, WritingSkills, Rules, and Workflow to produce style-matched copy.
- Recording: before output, sends per-platform records via urllib; failures print warnings but do not block the main rewrite.
- Structured output: returns numbered platform entries separated by ---, with Xiaohongshu entries ending in tags.

Boundaries

It is best for adapting an existing source copy for cross-platform distribution, A/B comparison, or learning a new platform voice. It does not invent the original message, create images, thumbnails, or campaign strategy. If a platform rule is missing from the rules file, that platform may not be produced reliably. The record endpoint is for usage statistics and requires no API key.

Use Cases

  • A matrix operator turns one product launch draft into Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and Zhihu versions
  • A content strategist compares the same feature description across Bilibili and Zhihu
  • A short-video operator prepares Douyin and Kuaishou narration for ad assets
  • A new Bilibili creator adapts an existing WeChat article into Bilibili style

Best For

  • Social matrix operators who distribute core campaign copy to multiple platforms weekly
  • MCN content editors who adapt client press releases for Douyin, Kuaishou, and Xiaohongshu
  • Brand marketers who prepare launch copy and need consistent but platform-specific phrasing
  • Independent creators new to Zhihu or Bilibili who want to adapt existing articles quickly
