How It Works

• Inputs first: collects course name, lesson topic, class, headcount, grade, education type, textbook, duration, and lesson type; missing required fields are requested in one pass.
• Template routing: decides between a uniform template and a tiered template based on the instructor’s description, then loads only the matching template.
• Field generation: expands {{placeholders}} and {{#each}} blocks, keeping the 10+3+10+3+10+4 = 40-minute structure intact.
• Source material parsing: can ingest course documents, existing lesson plans, or enterprise job manuals from PDF, DOCX, and MD/TXT, with optional image OCR.
