How It Works

This skill positions itself as a decision layer for high-school and college admission:
- Volunteer planning: generates “reach–match–safe” options from city, score/rank, subject mix, and preferences, with probability and risk notes.
- Policy interpretation: explains batch lines, indicator quotas, admission rules, and special programs, with local Anhui/Hefei priority.
- Subject and major fit: uses references/majors.md to compare coverage, grading effects, and career paths.

Limits and Caveats

It is best for admission decisions, policy comparison, and student-parent communication. It should not replace classroom instruction, one-by-one tutoring, or execution systems. If latest admission data or policies from other provinces are needed, external search should be added; final choices should still be verified against official sources and confirmed student information.
