The practical difficulty is that PDF-only visual checks can miss missing characters, numeric facts, or broken question sequences in narrative paragraphs, while a Word source may drift from the final PDF. Teacher editions also need separate validation of answers, solution steps, and analysis formatting. This skill turns those review rules into a repeatable QC workflow, reducing the cost of repeated manual page inspection.
How It Works and Where It Fits
It first routes the input: a PDF-only run uses visual checks; a PDF + Word run scans the Word text for core hard errors first, then uses the PDF to cover images, formulas, and layout. It then determines full book / single lecture and student / teacher mode, running 01_layout, 02_typo, 03_structure, and 04_questions; teacher mode adds the 06_analysis check. The outputs are merged, deduplicated, written to 质检报告.md, and annotated back into the PDF by default. Use it for content QA only: it does not solve problems or generate missing answers. PDF annotation depends on PyMuPDF, and subtle physical differences such as angles, colors, and font sizes are treated as review suggestions rather than hard errors.
