Problem

Consulting draft reports often remain as stacked raw material: scattered points, delayed conclusions, weak numbers, and slide titles that state topics instead of judgments. @user_40b4bb09/mbb-draft-distiller rewrites such input into a more structured, McKinsey-style report body, so readers see the conclusion before the supporting evidence.

How It Works

The skill first runs a needs-clarification decision engine based on input size:

• Enough material: proceed to content understanding and framework mapping, with a brief note before output;
• Medium material: ask one key question, such as core thesis, audience, or analysis angle;
• Thin material: use a topic-generation path, retrieve public information, and mark sources.

It then reorganizes content using MECE and the pyramid principle, selecting frameworks such as penetration-rate decomposition, Porter's Five Forces, or Turn Around. Output can include a report body, key insights, and an optional PPT outline; titles are written as one-sentence conclusions, e.g. “Consumer confidence has stabilized.”

Boundary

This is a structured rewriting tool, not a real-data engine. When input is limited, the output is closer to a base framework plus gaps to verify. For fresh data, a formal PPT file, or less AI-like prose, pair it with search, PPT generation, or style-polishing skills.
