Calendar Event Extractor

Problem

Audio recordings, keyboard dictation, and other transcript sources often contain meetings, travel plans, and reminders. These details are scattered across sessions, making manual extraction error-prone, prone to duplicate pushes, and sensitive to timezone and relative-date mistakes. This skill extracts calendar events from that text and produces a pushable summary.

How It Works

• It runs fetch to pull recent audio or keyboard transcripts from javis-server, returning locating fields such as reference_time, reference_date, and reference_weekday.
• The agent parses AM/PM, relative dates, and timezone context, then emits an event array with fields such as title, start_at, end_at, location, attendees, and source_ref.
• It runs push to dedupe using local seen and extractedUnits state, mirrors events to /api/skill/data, and sends a Markdown digest through /api/agent/push to iOS.

Notes

• It targets iOS by default and renders the summary as Markdown, not native calendar cards.
• The timezone is fixed when the scheduled task is registered; cross-timezone use requires re-registration.
• Local state is the authoritative dedup source, while the server mirror is best-effort and cannot be read back.
