Problem

Classroom rubrics often become vague statements like "good participation" or "positive attitude," making scores hard to compare across teachers. Point totals can also be assigned casually, without reflecting the weight of learning objectives.

How It Works

The skill extracts lesson topic, learning objectives, student context, teaching strategies, and key points from a lesson plan, then builds a structured rubric across learning process and learning outcomes:
- Process indicators: star ratings from 1★ to 5★, focused on observable behaviors such as preparation, participation, and classroom conduct.
- Outcome indicators: 100-point scoring tied to knowledge, skills, or application, with totals explicitly validated as 100 points.
It calibrates format against references/examples.md, maps indicators to Bloom's cognitive levels, replaces mental verbs such as understand and master with observable behavior verbs, flags missing fields, and generates a styled Excel file through generate_rubric.py after confirmation.

Boundaries

Use it for a rubric framework, not for exam papers, worksheets, or quality reports. If a reusable template already exists, simply filling it in is outside the intended use. The preview shows indicators, weights, and score totals before file export.
