About this skill

Problem

When wellness recommendations are split across constitution assessment, sleep, rehab, diet, and acupressure, manually assembling parameters can miss fields or produce inconsistent output. Qiangshen Wellness Suite exposes these flows through a single Node CLI entry point for engineers who want to integrate personalized wellness plans into scripts, evals, or local workflows.

How It Works and Limits

The skill calls a REST backend using fetch, sends an X-API-Key header, and selects a service with --endpoint:
- constitution: constitution assessment
- wellness-plan: general wellness plan
- sleep-plan: personalized sleep plan
- rehab-plan: customized rehab plan
- meditation-script: customized meditation script
- acupressure-rx: acupressure prescription set
- diet-plan: personalized diet plan
- usage / pricing: account usage and pricing

Calls usually require --api-key and a JSON string passed via --params, such as height, weight, or symptoms; --base-url can override the API address. Each successful call consumes one unit of usage, and exhausted free quota may trigger a purchase prompt. It depends on an external backend service, and its output is wellness-oriented guidance rather than a substitute for medical diagnosis. Before integration, verify API key permissions, base URL, parameter schema, and billing rules.

Use Cases

  • Call the constitution endpoint from a script using height, weight, and symptoms.
  • Pass insomnia, reflux, and post-surgery symptoms to the sleep-plan endpoint.
  • Generate a custom rehab plan for post-knee-surgery users via the rehab endpoint.
  • Check remaining API quota by calling the usage endpoint.

Best For

  • Health-service engineers integrating wellness plans into automated evals
  • Script maintainers generating personalized sleep or diet recommendations in batches
  • Independent developers wrapping backend APIs into local tooling
  • Product engineers writing constitution assessment results into user profiles
