About this skill

Problem

self-coach-plus targets execution support for ADHD: users may know what to do but still struggle with starting, sustaining, reviewing, and emotional recovery. The missing checkpoints between morning start, afternoon recovery, and evening wrap-up can push tasks into late night. It is not a substitute for psychological counseling; it acts as an external execution system that breaks planning, checking, and review into small trigger-based steps.

How It Works

  • The user enters a trigger such as today plan, help me review, or I'm feeling off.
  • The skill loads only the relevant references/ document for the current task: morning wakeup, afternoon check, evening review, trigger diary, sleep tracking, and weekly review.
  • Output emphasizes completed actions, avoids criticizing missed actions, and ends with a roughly 5-minute minimum next step.
  • It keeps each reply short; the evening review can be slightly longer but still requires a minimum action.
  • If a PushPlus token is configured, reminders and results can be delivered to the chat window or a WeChat push channel.

Boundaries

It is useful for schedule anchoring, emotion logging, and review support, not for diagnosis or treatment of emotional conditions. If ongoing psychological intervention is needed, professional counseling should be used; this skill is closer to a configurable reminder and review script. Fate-based comfort is a wording framework, not prediction. Automated delivery depends on the user configuring the token and reminders.

Use Cases

  • An ADHD developer is unsure what to start with in the morning and uses `today plan` to get one key task plus a 5-minute action.
  • A remote worker stalls in the afternoon and uses `cannot start` to check morning progress and get an afternoon suggestion.
  • A freelancer wants to review the day but cannot write much, and uses `help me review` to confirm completed items and tomorrow's one task.
  • A user feels down and uses `I'm feeling off` to log the trigger, then get brief cognitive reframing and a minimum action.

Best For

  • ADHD developers who need tasks split into 5-minute actions to reduce startup friction.
  • Remote workers who often stall in the afternoon and need an external check of morning progress and afternoon suggestions.
  • Freelancers who want morning and evening reviews but keep forgetting to write them.
  • Personal automation users who want trigger words, reviews, and emotion logs connected to `PushPlus` reminders.
