Problem

Turning an AI short-drama idea into a production-ready storyboard often breaks down when outlines, script beats, shot language, and image prompts are managed separately. Manual work can easily miss platform ratios, duration constraints, episode structure, or style rules.

Workflow

The skill splits creation into confirmable stages:

Requirements check: capture genre, 9:16 / 16:9, total duration, episode count, style, and target platform, then save a creation brief.
Outline and script: use Kimi for a three-act outline, character map, and emotional hooks, then ERNIE for scene-level actions and dialogue.
Storyboard: use DeepSeek to output a Markdown table with shot number, duration, shot size, camera movement, angle, visual content, dialogue, SFX, subtitles, transitions, and an AI prompt.

Prompts follow subject + scene + action + expression + lighting + style + composition + quality, ready for image-generation models.

Boundaries

It is best for short-drama and short-video pre-production, not final video rendering or editing. Character consistency and batch visual generation still depend on the chosen image model, references, LoRA, or ComfyUI pipelines.
