Problem
Course design often fails when learning objectives, available hours, learner level, and assessment methods are not aligned. This skill turns those inputs into an actionable modular outline, hour allocation, and outcome standards, reducing the gap between what is taught and what is assessed.
Workflow
The core process is:
- Set the objective boundary: focus only on learning goals, hours, learner level, and assessment methods; do not expand into unrelated tasks.
- Break down capability requirements: work backward from the final capability to knowledge, practice, and evaluation.
- Generate outline materials: produce modular outline sections, hour allocation, and outcome standards.
