This skill uses the GB/T 33000-2025 ten elements as a framework, integrating DuPont safety methodologies into 9 application modules covering the full chain from diagnosis to continuous improvement:

• System Diagnosis and Benchmarking: The core 22-Element System Diagnosis module offers a 1-5 maturity assessment across four mechanisms (organizational culture, personnel management, equipment safety, process safety) to identify element gaps and suggest priority improvements.
• Culture and Behavior Deployment: The Safety Culture and Behavior Audit module includes a 45-item perception questionnaire and 62-item BBS observation checklist, transforming abstract culture into measurable indicators and behavioral standards.
• Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis: The Incident Investigation and Experience Feedback module integrates six tools like 5Why, fishbone diagrams, and barrier analysis, with report templates guiding analysis from direct causes to management loopholes.
