• Prefer official sources: check graduate schools, colleges, official admission portals, provincial exam authorities, and ministry pages; commercial aggregators are used only for discovery, not final facts.
• Label subject fit: use confirmed match, indirect match, clear mismatch, or pending, so broad wording is not treated as a hard pass.
• Extract defensible numbers only: planned enrollment, first-choice admitted count, transfer quota, and score references are kept separate; computed gaps appear only when both inputs are official and comparable.
