About this skill

Problem

When one piece of source content is distributed to multiple channels, copy-paste versions often miss platform-specific limits for length, title, tags, hooks, and tone. This skill turns a long article, essay, interview transcript, or note file into separate drafts for WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Toutiao, short-video scripts, Zhihu, Bilibili, and Weibo. It is aimed at “repurpose once, publish everywhere” workflows where each platform needs its own structure rather than a re-skinned copy.

How it works

The workflow starts by reading the source material. If the input is only a topic or scattered notes, it first builds an 800–1500-word master draft. It then adapts each requested platform, loading the relevant spec for word-count range, title formula, structure template, emoji rules, hashtags, hook types, and platform-specific do-not-use rules. After drafting, it runs scripts/check_bundle.py to verify hard requirements such as length, tag count, required emoji, and keyword retention from the source. WARN items are advisory, while hard FAIL items should be fixed and rechecked before delivery.

Limits

It is designed for Chinese text and does not process images, audio, video, or web scraping. Format validation is not content-quality validation, and it does not guarantee platform review or AI-detection pass. Facts, data, and cases in the source should still be verified manually before publishing.

Use Cases

  • Turn a 2000-word industry analysis into WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Weibo formats.
  • Expand scattered interview notes into a master draft, then adapt it for Zhihu, Bilibili, and short video.
  • Check existing platform drafts with `check_bundle.py` for length, tags, emoji, and title rules.
  • Adapt one technical argument across seven platforms while keeping data, examples, and author voice.

Best For

  • New-media editors responsible for WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Weibo distribution who need multi-platform drafts.
  • Technical or brand content creators who need to keep data and arguments while restructuring per platform.
  • Operations or marketing staff who need quick checks for length, tags, and title rules.
  • Content leads who need consistent templates, platform specs, and manual review checklists.
