About this skill

Problem

Chinese writing and exam-prep requests differ widely: thesis proposals, K12 essays, workplace documents, CET-4/6, graduate admissions, law exams, and computer exams. Each case has constraints on audience, length, format, citation style, and integrity. A generic answer can miss whether a source is acceptable, whether the length fits, or whether a policy is outdated. This skill routes each request to a concrete module so the guidance matches the task.

How It Works

  • Module routing: match keywords to files such as references/academic-writing.md and references/exam-cet.md; multi-module requests load the relevant rules together.
  • Input checks: confirm topic, audience, word count, format, deadline, and submission boundaries before drafting.
  • Structured deliverables: produce outline cards, review cards, checklists, or literature-review templates, preferably via scripts/gen_artifact.py; Markdown is primary, with optional Word output.
  • Source governance: facts about policies, schedules, or data must carry source level, verification date, issuing body, and URL; C-tier sources are not used directly, and gaps are marked as needing verification.

Boundaries

It is positioned as a writing and study aid, not ghostwriting. It does not generate submission-ready papers, essays, or exam answers, does not promise admission or passing, and does not support cheating. File writes and user-profile updates require explicit user confirmation; academic authors remain responsible for verifying data and citations.

Use Cases

  • Before an undergraduate thesis proposal, turn literature review into research questions, methods, and conclusions, then generate an outline card and check GB/T 7714 citations.
  • While preparing for the graduate political exam, create knowledge-based review cards and an error book, flagging weak concepts and next study steps.
  • As a workplace newcomer drafting meeting minutes and notices, review structure, tone, and sign-off format, then produce a deliverable document checklist.
  • Before CET-4/6 translation or writing, collect prompt, length, and audience, then generate a structure template and high-scoring usage guidance.

Best For

  • Graduate students writing thesis or course papers who need topic outlines and literature-review frameworks
  • Candidates preparing for civil service, graduate admissions, CET, or law exams who need review cards and error books
  • New employees drafting meeting minutes, notices, emails, and résumés who need workplace document support
  • New-media operators writing for WeChat or Xiaohongshu who need rewrites, polishing, and outline generation
