Shanghai Home-Care RPA Runner

Problem

The Shanghai home-care RPA depends on a local exe, Chrome DevTools Protocol, the YiZhaoHu tab, login state, and Excel data files. Manual runs can skip prerequisite checks, background startup, log query steps, and missing-file handling. This skill turns the workflow into repeatable agent steps and reduces environment-related failures.

How It Works

• Prechecks: checks CDP reachability, whether the target tab exists, whether the page is logged in, and whether required files are present.
• Missing Files: distinguishes uploadable: true data files from uploadable: false system files. User-uploadable files are copied to the expected path and rechecked; system files require admin deployment.
• Background Run: after checks pass, the skill starts the Shanghai Home-Care Generator.exe wrapper, writes status: "running" to rpa_result.json, and ends without polling.
• Result Query: when asked again, it reads rpa_result.json and rpa.log, then reports running, finished, error, or warning using card_summary, exit_code, and status.

Boundaries

Best for a deployed Windows RPA setup where execution and result lookup are needed. It does not replace business review, data entry, or browser troubleshooting. Do not operate the browser during the run; Chrome must start with the debug port, and paths with Chinese characters or spaces should be quoted.
