The Problem

When preparing WeChat public account articles, converting plain text into paste-ready markup often gets stuck on small details: header bars, body spacing, footer prompts, and inline CSS. If a model generates the HTML freely each time, the structure, colors, and overall style can drift.

How It Works

SCAI WeChat Formatter splits formatting into a preview-confirm-output flow. After you send Format: your article content, it first shows a text preview containing the header, body sample, interaction footer, and current style. Once you reply Generate, it outputs the full HTML. The skill provides three styles: Tech with #007aff, Literary with #c17e61, and Minimal with #333333, and it adjusts the primary color and header gradient for each. Body content is handled by paragraph, subheading, blockquote, and emphasis rules. The generated HTML uses fully inline styles so it can be pasted into the WeChat editor. The documentation also states that colors adapt to WeChat dark mode.

Limits

This skill is best for formatting existing articles, not for producing the article's core argument, facts, or research. If the input is empty, lacks the Format: prefix, or the user requests generation directly, it follows the stated fallback behavior: ask for content, process the text normally, or output the current style. Because the output depends on the template and style settings, complex custom components, image editing, or multi-section layouts may still require manual adjustment.
