About this skill

The Problem

When allergies recur, the hard part is often not the absence of information, but scattered logs: meals, contacts, and environment changes are recorded inconsistently, making it difficult to trace what may have been relevant in the previous 24 hours. This skill is for structured tracking, not medical diagnosis or treatment.

How It Works

  • Structured logging: capture breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, brand / quantity / freshness, contacts, and environmental factors by date.
  • Flare marking: record time, symptoms, and severity, then link the event to the prior 24 hours of meals and contacts.
  • Correlation analysis: after 2 to 4 weeks of data, rank high-frequency associated factors and generate a doctor-ready reference report.
  • Elimination guidance: suggest removing only one variable at a time, and treat statistical association as evidence, not confirmed causality.

Boundaries

For severe reactions such as difficulty breathing, throat swelling, or shock, call 120 immediately. Definitive diagnosis requires skin-prick testing or serum IgE testing. Desensitization therapy, medication changes, and challenge tests should be supervised by medical professionals.

Use Cases

  • Repeated lip swelling over two weeks with only seafood remembered; log each flare-up's prior meals and contacts to compare common factors.
  • Recurrent facial rash with an uncertain trigger; log dates, symptoms, severity, and environmental changes to support correlation review.
  • Preparing for an allergy-clinic visit; compile flare-up logs, suspected food exposures, and associated factors into a doctor-ready report.
  • Testing a suspected seafood trigger; record meals when only one variable is removed and review 48-hour reaction observations.

Best For

  • Chronic allergy patients who need scattered flare-up notes turned into a visit-ready reference for a physician.
  • Sensitivity-prone people who want 2-4 weeks of structured logs to identify high-frequency associated factors.
  • Clinic-bound individuals who need to organize suspected allergens, exposures, and symptom timelines for the doctor.
  • Follow-up patients coordinating elimination trials who need to log dietary variables and reaction observations each round.
