CSR Analyzer

Problem

Automotive suppliers often receive OEM CSR files, supplier quality manuals, or quality agreements, but it is hard to separate genuine customer-specific requirements from plain standard re-statements or commercial penalty clauses. CSR Analyzer reviews provided documents clause by clause, producing labels, evidence, and confidence scores, while catching operational requirements such as CMM, sealed samples, traceability, and change approvals rather than only famous tools like APQP or PPAP. This matters most when agreements mix quality targets, delivery documents, change approvals, inventory logistics, and penalty clauses.

How it works

• Parses PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or TXT, builds a native TOC, then traverses each clause.
• Pre-screens for automotive customer source, IATF 16949 references, and requirements beyond the standard.
• Evaluates candidate clauses by D1 specific clause number, D2 customer source, D3 beyond standard, and D4 mandatory language.
• Assigns CSR, Uncertain, or Non-CSR with a 1–5 confidence score and runs coverage, consistency, and anti-hallucination checks.
• For scanned PDFs, it attempts OCR; if text is not extractable, it reports the limitation instead of inventing conclusions.
• Writes a full Markdown report file and provides a compact summary.

Boundaries

It analyzes only user-provided files, does not retrieve OEM CSR content from the internet, and does not provide compliance or corrective-action advice. It is not intended for non-automotive QMS documents such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485. Multiple files are processed one by one; the report file is the primary deliverable, while the chat summary is secondary. Scanned files without extractable text may require a text-accessible version, and single files are recommended under 50MB.
