Structured analysis uses capabilities like chain_structure_analysis, maturity_scoring, and cluster_assessment. The workflow typically covers:

• Chain structure: identifies upstream materials and components, midstream manufacturing and integration, and downstream applications or services, then classifies the chain as complete, largely complete, incomplete, or fragmented.
• Clustering and coordination: examines anchor firms, supplier density, industrial parks, procurement relationships, supply-chain response time, and network bottlenecks.
• Anchor leadership and innovation ecosystem: analyzes market share, standards influence, patents, R&D intensity, university resources, innovation platforms, talent supply, and technology transfer.
• Maturity scoring: weights chain completeness, cluster maturity, coordination maturity, anchor-driven capability, innovation maturity, and ecosystem maturity to produce a level-based assessment.
• Remediation and investment: identifies missing segments, service gaps, innovation shortfalls, and ecosystem weaknesses, then proposes target investors, platforms, and cluster development paths.

Scope and Caveats
