Problem: early commercial dispute assessment is uneven

Company owners, legal teams, and executives often need a reproducible first-pass assessment for contract, equity, investment, and debt-collection disputes. Manual reviews may miss jurisdiction, statutes of limitations, claim bases, or evidence gaps, and the output may not reach law-firm-grade standards.

How it works: structured analysis and document generation

The skill is organized around claim-basis analysis:
- Information-gap scan: up to three structured rounds on parties, claims, jurisdiction, limitation periods, claim basis, evidence, and opposing arguments.
- Retrieval and comparison: local knowledge bases cover statutes, judicial interpretations, and guiding/public-report cases; optional ima MCP connection can extend retrieval, with fallback noted when unavailable.
- Adversarial reasoning: challenges are analyzed from opposing, judge, and mock-trial perspectives, with priorities and Plan B.
- Output: an internal memo, client legal analysis report, and mock quote document, optionally exported to Word.

Boundaries

It targets early commercial dispute assessment, intake screening, and fee estimates. It is not for major litigation strategy, family, criminal, or administrative cases. Materials are processed locally by default, and third-party MCP use requires explicit configuration.
