Water Conservation Plan Report Review

Problem

Submissions of soil and water conservation plan reports often need rework for three recurring issues: chapter structure not following B1, key data in the body inconsistent with feature tables and investment estimates, and scattered typos or formatting defects. Manual review across PDF chapters is slow and easy to miss items, especially when checking against both GB50433-2018 and the B1 layout.

How It Works

This skill produces one consolidated review report plus four specialized reports:

• B1 chapter structure review: checks the 8 chapters and 51 structural elements.
• Chapter-by-chapter standards review: evaluates B1 and GB50433 requirements for project overview, erosion prediction, measures, monitoring, investment, and management.
• Data consistency review: verifies cut/fill/borrow/spoil balance, investment components, six prevention indicators, and erosion modulus values.
• Typo and formatting review: locates text errors, tables, headings, and formatting issues.

Findings use a three-color status: compliant, basically compliant, and non-compliant, with issue location, description, and recommended fix.

Boundaries

Best for text-extractable PDFs or drafts; scanned files with zero extracted characters require OCR or manual input. Signature pages, seal pages, and responsibility-page integrity still need human confirmation. The skill supports review and does not replace formal soil and water conservation technical review or statutory approval.
