Zhaoxin Contract Comparison Tool

Problem

When reviewing revised contracts, additions, deletions, edits, and moved sections are spread across versions, making manual line-by-line comparison error-prone. This skill targets rapid comparison of two contract documents, especially when the materials include scans, PDFs, or Office/WPS files.

How It Works

The skill runs a fixed pipeline through bundled scripts:

• Format checks and document preparation: supports PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, ODT, WPS, XLS, XLSX, PPT, and PPTX; some Office/WPS files are converted to PDF locally first.
• Parsing and diffing: content is extracted by an online document processing service, then compared by a comparison service; standard users can use the first 20 runs without configuring a token.
• Report output: generates an HTML report that can be opened or shared, summarizing additions, deletions, edits, and moves instead of pasting all details into chat.

For high-volume workloads, a MinerU token can be configured. The local entry page listens on 127.0.0.1 only, and tokens should not be pasted into chat. If the personal token is invalid or out of quota, the skill prompts for replacement or a retry later.

The report is for identifying text and structural differences and is not legal advice. Because it contains both source contracts, share it only with authorized recipients. If the comparison service is temporarily unavailable, retry later rather than changing server settings or resubmitting concurrently.
