About this skill

In the job search process, candidates often face information asymmetry and assessment blind spots. You may not grasp the true expectations behind a JD's literal requirements, nor understand how your resume would be evaluated by HR, hiring managers, and external reviewers. This skill is designed to bridge those gaps with a structured analysis and simulation tool.

Core Capabilities & Workflow

The skill operates through a conversational analysis, following a clear process:
1. JD Deep Deconstruction: Each item in the job description is itemized and analyzed, outputting a "Literal Meaning" and a "Deep Interpretation" to reveal unstated work priorities and interview preparation angles.
2. Three-Party Perspective Evaluation: The resume is assessed from distinct viewpoints: the HR Perspective (focusing on fit and stability), the Business BP Perspective (centered on professional competence and output), and a Third-Party Perspective (simulating competitive comparison), with a structured report generated.
3. Competitiveness & Interview Simulation: Provides competitiveness analysis based on industry data (supply/demand, skill benchmarks) and generates at least 3 simulated interview questions based on the evaluation. Each question includes a thought process transformation, correct/incorrect example answers, and an improvement direction.
4. Actionable Plan Generation: Finally, it outputs a reinforcement plan listing weakness areas, learning actions, timeframes, and expected deliverables.

All analytical steps (JD deconstruction, evaluation reports, simulated questions, etc.) are output directly as plain text in the chat for mobile readability and do not generate separate .md or .doc files. The sole exception is if you request an optimized resume body, which will be output as a plain text .doc file.

Key Principles & Usage Boundaries

  • Privacy First: The skill enforces the anonymization of personally identifiable information like names and contact details and commits to not storing raw data.
  • Tool Nature: This is an analytical aid. Output results are based on general rules and data, not commercial promises or legal advice. Users are responsible for their inputs and how they use the results.
  • Output Standards: Analysis adheres to strict output rules for consistent formatting and completeness. A mandatory output checklist is used for self-verification to ensure quality.

In essence, this skill provides a job seeker with a deep analysis sandbox that simulates a "recruitment review panel" to systematically examine materials and address weak points before submitting an application or attending an interview.

Use Cases

  • Upon receiving a new target job description, needing to itemize its responsibilities and requirements while evaluating resume alignment and competitiveness.
  • Before a critical technical or managerial interview, wanting to generate simulated questions and obtain answer strategies with correct examples and improvement directions.
  • When considering a career transition or evaluating market conditions, needing to acquire industry supply-demand trends, core skill benchmarks, and city-tiered salary reference ranges.
  • As an independent career advisor, needing to systematically generate three-party evaluation reports for multiple clients to provide structured job-seeking feedback.

Best For

  • Software engineers who are job hunting or considering a job switch, needing to tailor resumes to specific JDs and simulate interviews to identify weak points.
  • Independent consultants providing career advisory services to corporate clients, lacking tools to systematically analyze JDs and evaluate resumes from multiple perspectives.
  • Recent college graduates unfamiliar with workplace requirements and interview preparation, hoping to quickly learn job-seeking skills through deep JD interpretation and interview simulation.
