Passing that directly to procurement or suppliers can cause part-number mismatch, warehouse rejection, or component confusion during pilot production.

  • Naming normalization: it first asks for and confirms the company's part-number rule, then encodes items using [Category]-[Type]-[Serial] or ERP rules instead of silently using defaults.
  • Material categorization: it groups parts into electronics, hardware, plastic, CNC, consumables, and packaging, marking uncertain items as To Confirm.
  • Desensitized output: it can generate an Excel full version, an Excel desensitized version, or a Feishu bitable; the desensitized version maps suppliers to A/B/C and converts prices into ranges.
  • Downstream handoff: full mode keeps a 13-field mold-parts extension table aligned with injection mold pricing inputs, so the next step can read it automatically.
