About this skill

Problem

Product reputation and brand-event analysis often fail because signals are scattered across news, community posts, social pages, and overseas media, and because it is hard to tell whether a sample is large enough and trustworthy. Manual searches can mix ads, low-quality posts, and duplicates into conclusions while hiding evidence that should be traceable.

How It Works

Bazhuayu starts from a topic, defaults to the last 30 days and up to 90 days, and locks a source strategy: global, overseas_first, or overseas_only. It checks MCP readiness, screens politically or militarily sensitive scope, then runs collection, preview, cleaning, and gating. Formal analysis requires 100 valid records, 5 domains, and 2 source types, and distinguishes product_voc from event_reputation. Outputs include a Chinese Markdown report, a six-sheet Excel workbook, and optional self-contained HTML visualization after confirmation. Key claims must trace back to real record_id values and URLs.

Boundaries

The skill does not cover political figures, elections, territorial disputes, or military operations. If the formal threshold is not met, it delivers only previews and Excel data, not a formal report. overseas_first includes global supplementation and must not be described as purely overseas data. The shared token pool has daily capacity; if quota is exhausted, retries stop and collection can resume after 09:00 the next day.

Use Cases

  • Before a product launch, collect 30-day news, community, and social signals and generate a pain-point and competitor-opportunity report.
  • When a brand faces recall or service complaints, retrieve public coverage and output facts, timeline, risk level, and response options.
  • For overseas rollout, prioritize overseas media and community feedback, add global sources, and identify overseas reputation gaps.
  • In monthly brand reviews, turn scattered signals into traceable Markdown, Excel, and optional HTML reports.

Best For

  • Market operations owners who monitor new-product reputation and need scattered discussions turned into pain points, competitor notes, and opportunities.
  • PR managers handling brand crises who need timelines, risk levels, and actionable response recommendations.
  • Brand managers launching products overseas who need overseas-first feedback plus global context to spot reputation gaps.
  • Product managers tracking user feedback who need product VOC insights to prioritize features and purchase-decision analysis.
