About this skill

Problem

Starting a creator account often fails not from missing ideas, but from a weak chain from goal to action: the niche is too broad, the persona is unfocused, content does not build trust, and monetization is added too late. This skill targets users planning an account, one-person business, AI monetization, web fiction, marketplace arbitrage, overseas growth, or digital-human content, and turns a one-year goal into a concrete execution path.

How It Works

It first chooses full planning or lightweight consultation. In full mode, it runs Phase 1-4: collect goals, match a track, use references/reverse-templates.md for internal reasoning, check weak links against common-pitfalls.md, then output positioning, audience, trust assets, content pillars, monetization, metrics, and first steps. It can also emit parameters for xhs-visual-director.

Scope

This is a planning and diagnostic skill, not an account registration, platform compliance, ad delivery, or publishing system. If goals are vague, it asks about revenue, audience, resources, and time constraints. For existing accounts, it can diagnose gaps. For multiple tracks, it is best used to compare options rather than guarantee success.

Use Cases

  • Start an AI side business and break client work, tools, and courses into a 12-week execution plan.
  • Audit an existing account with weak monetization to refine persona, content pillars, and free-to-paid products.
  • Plan an X/Twitter overseas account with English positioning, content series, and SaaS commission path.
  • Compare AI, marketplace, and digital-human tracks to choose the best next launch path.

Best For

  • Freelancers who want AI monetization but need a path from client work to productized services.
  • Entrepreneurs preparing a one-person business and need a minimal closed loop plus personal IP plan.
  • Content operators with an existing account but weak growth and unclear monetization who need diagnostics.
  • Indie developers aiming for English accounts who need X/Twitter positioning and SaaS commission routes.
