About this skill

Problem

Company registration and equity data are easy to find, but signals of real delivery capacity—winning bids, customer dependence, competitor overlap, and public risk—remain scattered across tender notices, contract disclosures, and news. Manually assembling these materials for supplier review or competitive analysis is slow, and subjective judgment can easily be mistaken for fact.

Workflow

This skill takes a company name and produces a company-intelligence report focused on bidding strength. The typical flow includes:
- Entity resolution: narrow an ambiguous name to a precise company entity.
- Baseline profile: infer main business from registration data and business keywords.
- Partner graph: review dependence from both customer and supplier sides.
- Bidding strength: summarize recent bid wins, amounts, regions, and notable projects.
- Competitive structure: identify competitors through bid overlap and add light profiles.
- Public risk: search official sites, news, litigation, and administrative penalties, with source links.
It supports a single-company deep report and a dual-company comparison. The report is rendered in chat and can also be exported as an HTML file. All amounts, counts, and company names should come from the API; missing items should be marked as a data gap.

Boundaries

It is best for company-anchored diligence, not for analyzing one specific tender, pricing strategy, or outbound sales lead generation. Contact lookup is optional and may be masked under free usage; do not attempt to recover hidden numbers. Risk statements should describe public information only, avoid definitive claims, and remain traceable to sources.

Use Cases

  • Before supplier selection, provide a company name to get a report of recent bid amounts, customers, and regional distribution.
  • For competitor analysis, compare two companies on bid volume, customer base, and overlapping tender participation.
  • After a one-off diligence report, ask the agent to track only new bid wins and new customers weekly.
  • When bid records are sparse, use business keywords, partners, and public news to corroborate the company’s focus.

Best For

  • Procurement engineers handling supplier onboarding who need to verify a target company’s bid results, customer structure, and public risks.
  • Market analysts doing competitor research who need to compare two companies by region, customer base, and shared tender participation.
  • Consultants drafting industry reports who want to turn bidding data into source-linked company capability descriptions.
  • BD owners tracking key customers or competitors who need weekly incremental signals such as new bid wins and new customers.
