How It Works

The skill organizes seven methods: Five Considerations and Seven Comparisons for strategy assessment, Know Yourself and Know the Other for information collection and validation, Avoid the Solid and Strike the Weak for competition, Wait at Ease for the Tired for resource allocation, Win Quickly for execution, Combine the Ordinary and the Extraordinary for innovation, and Share the Same Goal for alignment and incentives.

A typical flow includes:
- Clarify the scenario: decide whether the task is competitive analysis, project decision-making, or government funding application.
- Choose a framework: use Five Considerations and Seven Comparisons to assess mission, timing, terrain, leadership, and rules, then use Know Yourself and Know the Other to compare internal and competitor information.
- Produce output: generate an assessment report, competitive strategy, project plan, or incentive plan from the templates.

Boundaries

It is best for structuring existing materials into decision-ready judgments, not replacing legal, financial, or market research. If key data is missing, collect evidence, policy context, and competitor intelligence first. If the request is only a vague strategy discussion, define the business object, constraints, and decision deadline before running the skill.
