The Specific Problem

When seeking positioning or content strategy for a new account, superficially imitating a successful account's data or style is ineffective. You need to understand its underlying content system—why it works and how to translate that into an executable starting plan for your own account. The goal is not a report, but a template ready to launch your first piece of content.

How the Skill Works

This skill executes a strict, evidence-driven process to transform 'tearing down another' into 'building your own':

1. Evidence Table Construction: First, all observable information about the target account—post lists, bios, visible engagement metrics—is compiled into an evidence table with source annotations. Data comes from user-provided screenshots/text, or, upon user confirmation and payment, from real-time queries on supported platforms (e.g., Douyin, TikTok, Xiaohongshu). Every figure must have its source marked.
2. Account Diagnosis & Gap Analysis: Using the evidence table, diagnose the target account's positioning, audience, content matrix, hook patterns, and update rhythm. Then, compare it side-by-side with your own situation to clarify 'what can be adapted', 'what cannot be copied', and where your opportunity gaps lie.
3. Generating Start-up Template & First Post: Based on the diagnosis, build a start-up template for you, including account positioning, bio, content pillars, a replicable viral opening formula, and an initial ten topics. Finally, select the strongest topic to fully produce your first post—copy, script, hashtags—and optionally generate a matching cover image and voiceover via tools.

Key Principle: Throughout, queried data is not inherently more reliable than pasted data, just sourced differently. Any inferences are explicitly labeled. Payment occurs only for account queries and final asset generation, with each chargeable step requiring your separate confirmation.

Scope & Important Notes

• When to Use: Use this skill when you have an account (homepage screenshot, bio, post list, grid) and need to reverse-engineer its system to generate a start-up plan for yourself.
• When Not to Use: If you only want to tear down and remake a single video, use the viral-video-teardown-remake route. Other needs like trend-jacking, copy polishing, or script voiceover belong elsewhere.

For unsupported platforms (e.g., Video Accounts, Kuaishou, Bilibili, Weibo), the skill works solely with the visible information you provide and never substitutes data from adjacent platforms.
• Content Originality: The start-up template and post copy are custom-built based on analysis for you. They never copy the target account's actual visuals, sounds, or verbatim text. Any claims about your own business (e.g., specs, pricing) must be provided by you.
