Problem

Bidding information is scattered across announcement text, attachments, project timelines, and source links. Teams often need to locate real projects by keyword, region, date, company role, amount, or project number, and distinguish tender, award, contract, and planned stages. This skill turns Chinese query conditions into Shibo Technology bidding data API requests and returns traceable project lists and details.

How It Works

Whitelisted endpoints: calls only 10 endpoints such as searchProjectApi, getProjectByProjectNumber, and getZTBStructreDetail for bid awards, contracts, and planned projects.
Query routing: selects planned-project, contract, project-number, or bid/award search based on intent; defaults to the last 30 days and Asia/Shanghai timezone.
Result enrichment: fetches structured details, source URLs, announcement bodies, or attachment lists, then deduplicates by id + publishTime.
Output constraints: states the query scope first, then shows title, parties, amounts, key dates, project ID, and source status; failures are explicitly marked.

Boundaries And Notes

It is useful for checking public bid, contract, and planned-project leads, not for replacing legal due diligence or commercial commitment analysis. An empty array only means the current filters did not match, not that a project does not exist. The skill relies on an API credential supplied by the platform and stops if it is unavailable. Planned-project details use lowercase publishtime, while attachment requests use publishTime; missing source URLs must be reported as not provided.
