How it works

It then runs a loop of search, recommendation, feedback, and refinement: WebSearch for candidate areas, WeChat articles for owner experience and policy interpretation, map tools for location comparison, and a Shenzhen points-based school enrollment calculator where relevant. Each round updates a browser workspace where the buyer can see the profile, research, and property map. Recommendations should include trade-offs, drawbacks, and a clear professional judgment rather than raw parameter lists.
Boundaries
It fits multi-turn home-buying advisory scenarios, especially when school district, commute, budget, and neighborhood reputation need cross-validation. Without map credentials, it falls back to card lists and external Amap links; WeChat article fetching depends on Playwright, and Sogou WeChat search may be rate-limited. It provides an analytical workflow, not formal transaction, loan, legal, or school enrollment advice.
