About this skill

The Problem

Recruiting conversations fail in two common ways: the wording is not polished enough for outreach, interviews, compensation talks, or declines; or it crosses compliance lines, such as discriminatory questions, social insurance and housing fund claims, probation, or non-compete promises. Recruiters need reusable response drafts, not generic hiring theory.

How It Works

  • Compliance first: when a request touches employment discrimination, social insurance, or housing fund scenarios, it loads compliance/legal-redlines.md and insurance-housing-fund.md, then returns the relevant legal basis, violation consequences, and the mirrored candidate-side risk.
  • Stage coverage: after the compliance pass, it selects templates by stage: outreach, interview, compensation negotiation, offer, onboarding follow-up, and decline.
  • Tone adaptation: engineering roles get concise, technically respectful language; sales roles get results-driven phrasing; managers get delegation- and resource-focused framing; new graduates get growth-oriented guidance. The same scenario can be written in warm, professional, concise, and benefit-driven versions, adjusted for phone, chat, email, or in-person interviews.

Boundaries

The skill is suitable for drafting recruiting communications, not replacing legal review. For social insurance, housing fund, tax, or contract scenarios, use official city rates and local regulations. If an enterprise knowledge base is enabled, it can inject company and team context, but should not disclose specific salary figures or trade secrets.

Use Cases

  • A candidate asks on WeChat whether the company can pay social insurance at the minimum base; draft a compliant reply with city rates and risks.
  • Prepare STAR questions and follow-up probes for a technical interview before the scheduled call, covering stack, growth, and candidate doubts.
  • Candidate compares two offers and asks for a raise; draft professional and benefit-driven replies for the recruiter with next-step follow-up.
  • Browse invitation, negotiation, and decline templates, then rewrite a line for phone, WeChat, or email outreach before initial stage contact.

Best For

  • HR owners of full-cycle recruiting who need compliant scripts for outreach, interviews, salary negotiation, offers, and declines before live calls.
  • Engineering hiring managers who need STAR questions, follow-ups, closing scripts, and concern handling before live interview sessions for key candidates.
  • Compensation BPs who need compliant replies when candidates request lower social insurance bases or housing fund cash-out with city rates.
  • Recruiting coordinators who need to adapt the same message for phone, WeChat, email, and in-person interviews before initial candidate outreach.
