About this skill

The Problem It Solves

WeChat Official Account operators often face content production bottlenecks: topic selection lacks virality, struggling to挖 high-potential ideas from domains, trends, or comments; writing styles are monotonous, using the same tone for different content; article structures are loose, not optimized for mobile reading; initial drafts have obvious AI traces, with fabricated numbers and cases detected by platforms; and it's easy to hit compliance red lines, such as including URLs in body text or prompting likes/shares, leading to throttling or bans. Traditional writing relies on personal experience, making it hard to consistently produce articles that are readable, shareable, and compliant.

How It Works

This skill is a set of executable writing rules, offering two working modes:

  • Mode A · Material Restructuring: Users provide articles, data, notes, screenshots, or oral experiences → The skill extracts angles, restructures content, complements norms → Outputs a finished draft. Use case: Users have raw material but lack structure and expression.
  • Mode B · Topic-based Creation: Users only give a topic, domain, or angle → The skill first performs lightweight topic research and user insights, then follows the full workflow. Use case: Daily updates, commissioned writing, or account launching. For specific numbers, cases, or quotes, it marks [to be filled] for users to input real information, never fabricating.

The core workflow proceeds sequentially:

  1. Positioning & Material Selection: Clarifying account positioning, target readers, and article purpose (e.g., follower growth, conversion, engagement, branding), using topic-research.md.
  2. Style Selection: Choosing 1 main style (optional mix with 1 auxiliary) from 24 writing styles in style-library.md.
  3. Structure Assignment: Selecting templates from structure-templates.md based on content type (e.g., opinion pieces, dry content, stories, recommendations, roundups).
  4. Hook Writing: Designing the first 3 lines with hooks-emotions.md to engage readers.
  5. Title Generation: Producing 3–5 title options via title-formulas.md, including 1 SEO-optimized title.
  6. Body Writing: Adhering to writing genes in writing-genes.md, such as paragraphs no longer than 3 lines on mobile (avoiding 'black blocks'), numbers over adjectives, at least 2 rhetorical questions, and inserting hooks in long articles.
  7. De-AI Refinement: Polishing drafts using deai-guide.md to sound more human-written.
  8. Layout: Outputting Markdown versions via layout-guide.md ready for pasting into WeChat editor.
  9. Image & Cover Prompts: Generating prompts with cover-image.md for AI tools to create images (cover ratio 2.35:1).
  10. Self-check: Running self-check.md to verify rhetorical question count, [to be filled] placement, and compliance (e.g., no URLs or WeChat IDs), delivering only when all checks pass.

The workflow is flexible: short articles can merge steps, long articles can iterate on steps 4–7. Each output always includes Markdown body, cover/image prompts, and a self-check report.

Applicable Boundaries and Considerations

  • Human writes, machine assists: The engine handles structure and norms; opinions and real experiences always come from the user, not decided by the AI.
  • Compliance first: No URLs, WeChat IDs, or direct action prompts in body text; avoid sensitive content; previously rejected articles are not resubmitted verbatim.
  • Styles are optional but rule-bound: Different tones can be applied to the same core, but must be chosen from the style library, not completely free-form.
  • Topic-based creation has labeling: Any specific information is marked with [to be filled], preventing AI from fabricating facts.
  • Designed for WeChat ecosystem: Focused on WeChat Official Accounts; other platforms may require rule adjustments (e.g., SEO part targets WeChat Search).

Use Cases

  • When an editor needs to quickly produce a well-structured, readable WeChat official account article based on meeting notes and user feedback.
  • When an operator wants to trend on a hot topic but lacks complete cases or data, and only provides a topic direction to generate a draft with `[to be filled]` placeholders.
  • When an individual creator wants to consolidate and polish scattered reading notes or personal observations into a unified series of articles with consistent style.
  • When a team needs to test how different writing styles (e.g., calm analysis vs. emotional storytelling) affect the engagement of an article on the same topic.

Best For

  • Editor or operator responsible for daily WeChat official account updates, under pressure to stably produce publishable content.
  • Corporate marketing personnel who need to write brand promotions, product introductions, or industry analyses that attract readers while adhering to platform norms.
  • Knowledge-sharing creators with professional expertise or industry experience but lacking WeChat writing skills, seeking to convert content into accessible articles.
  • Individual IP or self-media in the cold-start phase, needing low-cost and rapid testing of content directions and writing styles for a new account.
