How Bailian Smart Bid Writing Tool Works

The tool integrates via API using an App Key and offers three core capabilities:

• Intelligent Interpretation: Input tender documents (supports .pdf or .doc formats, ≤50 MB), automatically generating an 8-dimension structured interpretation, including project information, disqualification red lines, scoring criteria, etc., with bidding insights. Outputs HTML or Word reports, with paths like /Users/you/biaoshu-bailian-files/某项目_智能解读.html.
• Bid Generation: Based on an interpreted project, supports multi-package selection and specifies page count (up to 500 pages). The tool automatically generates bid files .docx with table of contents, chapters, and "to-fill" item markers, paths like /Users/you/biaoshu-bailian-files/某项目_投标文件.docx.
• Compliance Review: Input tender documents and one or more bid documents (each ≤1024 MB), outputs graded risk issue lists and compliance reports, supports similarity detection, paths like /Users/you/biaoshu-bailian-files/某项目_合规审查.html.

Key steps:
1. Obtain App Key: Register on the official site and copy the key in bk_live_xxxxx format, paste it into the conversation to save.
2. Provide Files: Users directly upload files or give local absolute paths/URLs.

4. Backend Processing: All commands are executed by the assistant; users don't need to run scripts.

• Credit Consumption: Bid generation consumes credits; interpretation and review themselves don't deduct credits, but API calls require a balance >0.
