Problem

Job prep often starts with resume editing, but the real bottleneck is earlier: unclear role requirements, unknown company/business/interview rounds, and claims that may collapse under follow-up questions. Get Job Skill treats this as an engineering workflow for incomplete inputs scattered across JDs, careers pages, interview reports, and resumes.

How It Works

• Input triage: classifies state as Complete / Workable / Blocked; if the JD is missing, it searches official or equivalent roles; if market or round is unknown, it infers and labels low-confidence gaps instead of inventing facts.
• Role research: cross-checks local job boards, interview sources, and business sources; outputs capability keywords, business/competitor context, hidden bars, and a round map with a source-coverage note.
• Resume translation: uses Stage 1 keywords as the target, maps real experience to role language, keeps evidence anchors, blurs numbers that cannot be defended, removes noise, and can generate a docx template.
• Interview drill-down: builds follow-up, fallback, and risk labels for each final bullet; produces files only for confirmed or high-confidence rounds, and does not fabricate nonexistent HR rounds.

Boundaries

Best for candidates with real experience who need role research, resume rewriting, and interview prep. It does not prove claims are true and must not alter education, tenure, or title; unsupported claims stay in pending or low-confidence areas.
