About this skill

Problem

In lightweight customer follow-up, key context often stays scattered across chats, emails, and spreadsheets: who needs contact, what was promised last time, and whether intent has changed. Customer Follow-up Reminder is for a manual-record, query-based workflow. It addresses missed follow-ups, fragmented context, and slow script preparation. It is not a CRM or an automated push system.

How It Works

The skill works in four steps:
- Record interaction: capture basic customer details, channel, time, key points, and the next follow-up time.
- Build reminders: sort pending customers by date and urgency, then output a ranked list with suggested actions.
- Draft scripts: analyze customer status, needs, and the last conversation, then generate multiple editable versions for manual sending.
- Query history: summarize interaction history, track intent changes, and suggest relationship maintenance.

Boundaries

It fits lightweight management for a few dozen customers, quick follow-up prep, and review sessions. It is not suited for automatic outreach, bulk messaging, or sales analytics. Customer data is held only in the conversation, so important records should be synced to a CRM or spreadsheet. Reminders require the user to ask; calls and emails are not imported automatically.

Use Cases

  • After each customer call, record key points, follow-up tasks, and the next contact time.
  • Each morning, query customers due for follow-up, rank them by urgency, and prepare opening lines.
  • Review unresponsive customers, infer intent from history, and draft re-engagement messages.
  • Summarize scattered customer notes into a history view for relationship and follow-up decisions.

Best For

  • Sales reps tracking a few dozen customers who need records and quick follow-up prioritization.
  • Customer support staff maintaining enterprise accounts who need tasks, scripts, and no missed contacts.
  • Customer operations members who need status-based communication drafts and interaction history.
