About this skill

Problem It Solves

Sales ops teams often need to track a set of LinkedIn prospects: job changes, company funding or expansion, new posts, and engagement signals. Manually scanning feeds is slow and can miss the best follow-up window. linkedin-lead-monitor turns scattered activity into prioritized deal reminders, making it easier to know who deserves contact now.

How It Works

The skill uses a browser session to access LinkedIn and collects events for configured prospects, including job changes, company updates, content publishing, and interactions. It stores state locally and applies priority rules: high events such as role changes, company changes, and funding/expansion are pushed to Feishu immediately; medium events trigger timely alerts; low events are grouped into a daily digest. Setup requires initializing .env, saving a LinkedIn session, adding prospects, and running the monitor. It also encodes follow-up timing: reach out within 24 hours after a job change, within 48 hours after company news, and start with interaction after content posts.

Boundaries

Use it only for prospects with an existing business context, not for spam or unsolicited mass marketing. LinkedIn page selectors, timeouts, and login sessions can break. Prefer a dedicated account, keep check intervals at least 15 minutes, and back up data/state/storage.json. Feishu delivery depends on messaging configuration; if the OpenClaw integration fails, use the message tool or configure a webhook.

Use Cases

  • BD needs to track a target VP’s job change and send congratulations plus a product intro within 24 hours.
  • Sales ops wants to watch 50 prospects for funding, expansion, and posts, then push high-priority events to Feishu.
  • Customer success needs to detect company changes for engaged but unconverted accounts and review them in a daily digest.
  • Channel owners monitor partner-company updates to decide whether to start a partnership conversation within 48 hours.

Best For

  • BD or sales leads owning LinkedIn prospect pools who need scattered updates turned into actionable deals.
  • Sales ops people maintaining monitor configs, push rules, and follow-up timing.
  • Customer success or channel owners tracking target company changes to find renewal or partnership opportunities.
