This skill is aimed at undergraduate and master's graduates in mainland China. It turns career planning into a practical problem chain: first classify the request as starting from scratch, comparing offers, or validating a chosen direction; then apply constraints such as family financial conditions, graduation timing, internship experience, city preference, and personality traits; finally produce recommendations with risks and a forward-looking outlook. Its goal is to reduce common graduate anxiety instead of returning a generic résumé template.

How it works

• Scenario routing: It routes the conversation into standard planning, offer comparison, or direction validation, so it does not keep re-asking questions once the user already has a clear target.
• Constraint modeling: It treats family conditions, timeline, project experience, city preference, and other factors as real constraints, helping estimate how much trial-and-error the user can afford.
• Data judgment: For industry, role, salary, and city-ecosystem questions, it defaults to real-time information through web_search, with stronger trust given to job platforms, policy documents, and official employer postings.
• Forward-looking assessment: Each recommended direction is evaluated across demand trends, salary trajectories, AI replacement risk, skill portability, and policy direction, helping separate short-term openings from longer-term value.
• Output checks: It supports both lightweight conversational advice and a fuller career plan report, and requires pre-output checks for emotional support, safety boundaries, median-level data, fallback options, and switching costs.

Boundaries

This skill is suitable for career direction selection, job-search preparation, offer trade-offs, and anxiety management. It does not replace specialized advice for postgraduate exams, civil service exams, study-abroad applications, legal admission, or medical licensing. Salary, settlement, subsidy, and industry-access information should be treated as time-sensitive and verified through live search. For very niche majors, hidden employer criteria, and local hiring details, users should still validate findings through internal or regional channels.
