The Problem

How It Works

• Input normalization: For mp4 or mov files, it prioritizes audio extraction with ffmpeg, then generates timestamped subtitles with faster-whisper; for links or text, it asks for missing details before analysis.
• Structured breakdown: It extracts the original script, reconstructs shootable shot lists, and analyzes the viral drivers using dimensions such as the first three seconds, emotional curve, information density, shot rhythm, and conversion action.
• Replication generation: Given a target industry, product, or audience, it keeps the original structure and pacing while rewriting the copy, rebuilding the scenes, and producing a shooting and editing plan.

Boundaries

The workflow depends on readable text or processable video files; if ASR or ffmpeg is unavailable, users should provide subtitles. It emphasizes originality and compliance, so it should not copy source materials or duplicate protected copy.
