About this skill

Problems to Solve

Bid and procurement data are scattered across government platforms and corporate announcements nationwide, making manual searches time-consuming and prone to missing critical information. During project discovery, businesses often need to quickly filter opportunities matching keywords, regions, industries, and amounts, but traditional methods are inefficient and cannot guarantee coverage of real-time, massive datasets. For instance, a sales team might need to find government procurement intentions in a specific province from the past week within minutes, which manual crawling or queries struggle to achieve with timeliness and completeness.

How the Skill Works

This skill leverages the Shibo Technology API for comprehensive bid data, offering automated data search and processing. Core capabilities include:

  • Multi-Interface Smart Selection: Automatically calls interfaces like searchProjectApi and SearchProjectForAI based on user queries, covering bid searches, detail retrieval, contract verification, and pre-construction opportunity detection.
  • Structured Data Extraction: Pulls key fields such as the buyer, winning bidder, amount, and contact info from raw announcements, enhanced by AI interfaces like ztbAiStructureInfo for readability.
  • Flexible Query Flow: Prioritizes user-provided keywords, regions, and time ranges; defaults to the last 30 days if unspecified, with options to extend to 90 days or a year for trend analysis.

Key steps example:
1. Input Parsing: Processes natural language queries like “search smart city projects in Beijing for 2024,” rewriting them into structured conditions via aiSearchSubmitPolling.
2. Data Retrieval: Calls searchProjectApi for lists, then supplements details using getZTBStructreDetail.
3. Result Presentation: Outputs project name, announcement type, publication time, and links, marking fields missing as “not disclosed.”

Boundaries and Notes

  • Data Coverage: Although claimed to cover 99.99% of announcements, some non-public or very small projects may be excluded.
  • Compliance Use: Enterprise contact information must be obtained and used compliantly; misidentifying non-procurement info (e.g., job postings, news) as opportunities is prohibited.
  • Error Handling: Pauses API calls if BBIAO_API_KEY is unconfigured; expands synonyms or time ranges when no results are found, but low-relevance content requires manual review.
  • Limitations: Depends on the Shibo Technology API; queries may fail if API balance is low or service is disrupted. Not ideal for high-frequency real-time monitoring scenarios.

Use Cases

  • Sales teams need to quickly search for smart city project tender announcements in Shanghai over the past 30 days to identify potential clients and schedule visits.
  • Procurement managers evaluating suppliers must query a company's bid-winning records and contract performance from the past year to verify collaboration credibility.
  • Industry researchers analyzing medical equipment market trends need to obtain procurement intention data nationwide from the last quarter to statistically assess regional distribution and amount ranges.
  • Bid specialists preparing for new energy project tenders must search pre-construction project lists, filter for eligible new expansion opportunities, and retrieve details.

Best For

  • Regional sales managers responsible for acquiring new clients who regularly search for tender projects matching industry and region to formulate sales strategies.
  • Compliance analysts in corporate procurement departments who need to verify suppliers' bid-winning history and contract information to ensure supply chain risk control.
  • Industry consultants at consulting firms who collect bid data in specific fields to support market analysis and report writing.
  • Bid leads in SMEs who need to filter procurement opportunities suitable for company qualifications from massive information and track progress.
