About this skill

Problem to solve

Insurance advisor accounts often stay at abstract labels like "professional" or "friendly," without a clear link from positioning to profile expression. This Skill targets insurance advisor account persona design, turning PSP positioning diagnosis, eight-group audience judgment, positioning element tables, personal experience, and current account materials into a deliverable account identity plan. It does not do vague packaging; it answers: who you are in the customer’s mind, which problems you serve, why customers should trust you, what tone you use consistently, and how the profile should carry that identity.

Core capabilities and workflow

The output is organized around five default modules:
- Account identity: one-line identity, customer-facing version, and boundary version.
- Trust asset table: maps experience, methods, cases, and service evidence into assets that can appear in content.
- Tone rules: defines expression style, forbidden wording, and posting consistency.
- Account kit: suggests styles for avatar, nickname, bio, header image, and cover.
- Content strategy handoff: converts persona conclusions into materials the next content step can use.
During execution, it first checks whether the input is sufficient. If positioning or target customer is missing, it does not force a final draft; it outputs a gap list, minimal follow-up questions, and a low-confidence version. If materials conflict, it stops the final output. It separates confirmed facts, reasonable judgments, and items to confirm, then proceeds in this order: positioning validity, core customer problem, trust evidence, primary and secondary persona, and finally profile and content handoff.

Boundaries

It does not redo PSP or business model, replace full content scheduling, or write complete sales scripts. It does not fabricate work experience, customer feedback, closed deals, or service results, and it does not promise outcomes for closing, claims, underwriting, medical, legal, or income matters. It fits cases where account persona needs to become structured material rather than a vague impression, not tasks that only require upload setup or file organization.

Use Cases

  • Insurance advisors convert PSP diagnostics and audience segments into clear account identity and bio.
  • Content planners organize advisor's cases and service methods to generate a structured trust asset table.
  • Account operators define tone rules in the insurance field to avoid compliance risks or negative reactions.
  • Marketing teams generate style suggestions for avatars, nicknames, and header images to unify visuals.

Best For

  • Independent insurance advisors transforming vague professional backgrounds into clear customer positioning.
  • Self-media operations specialists responsible for planning visual and tone boundaries for insurance accounts.
  • Insurance agency content leads needing to set unified content strategies and trust asset standards for advisor teams.
  • Financial planners wanting to organize past service cases into continuous content materials.
