About this skill
What It Solves
When generating character images from scripts, a common failure mode is inconsistent appearance: face shape, eye shape, skin tone, or facial marks drift between frontal, profile, and emotion shots. This skill targets scripts with existing Chinese or English text and turns character mentions into reusable character prototypes and white-background nine-grid image prompts, reducing repeated prompt trial and error.
How It Works
The workflow includes:
- Character extraction: identifies names, appearance, personality, dialogue, and action clues, separating analyzable characters from under-described ones.
- Fourteen-dimension analysis: covers subject, facial features, costume, props, body type, motion, personality, background, color, style, lighting, composition, texture, and distinctive details.
- Nine-grid prompt generation: outputs prompts for front-facing, left/right profile, eye close-up, half-body, and full-body frames, with shared standards such as pure white seamless background and studio soft lighting.
- Consistency control: locks invariant traits like face shape, eye shape, iris color, skin tone, and scars, then generates emotion variants and negative prompts such as bad anatomy, extra limbs, and different face.
Boundaries
It fits projects where characters have explicit appearance descriptions and the goal is AI image prompts or character consistency. It is not intended for name-only scripts, complex dynamic poses, 3D rigging, real-time rendering, or languages other than Chinese and English. Short scripts trigger accuracy warnings, long scripts should be split, and large character counts are best analyzed in batches.
Use Cases
- Prepare short-drama character cards by extracting face shape, eye type, and scars from scripts into white-background nine-grid prompts.
- Review English script character descriptions before filling gaps, using a standard-mode character analysis report first.
- Build multi-emotion AI image reference prompts with consistent frontal, profile, eye close-up, and studio white-background descriptions.
- Analyze long scripts in segments and lock invariant facial features before batch-generating historical or workplace character prototypes.
Best For
- Art editors responsible for short-drama visual design who need to convert character biographies into AI-ready prompts.
- Illustrators producing AI character reference sheets who need consistent frontal, profile, and eye close-up features.
- Screenwriter assistants organizing script materials who need to spot under-described characters and generate standard analysis output.
- Data engineers building image-model prompt datasets who need structured character profiles and negative prompts.
